- Start your own sake mash (moromi) in one afternoon with us, and get full instructions on how to bring it to completion. Each person will be making a bit above a litre of unpressed sake (approximately 700ml clear sake when pressed)
- A full lecture on sake brewing from the brewer's perspective + sake tasting of 4 different sakes from the Orchid Sake Brewery Line-up (total of 280ml).
- Advice on pressing, craft mixing (fruits etc.), and required equipment for further processing.
