Formerly known as Hibiscus, our uTama Tropic is our bestseller, clinching the Silver Medal Award at the 2025 Tokyo Sake Challenge.

Tropic ties together tropical fruits like mango and pineapple with notes of peach, melon, mint, cream, and a soft allure of flowers. The body is light and springy. Pairs with a huge range of food from Italian and French classics to Peranakan soul cooking.

All of our sakes are brewed and made in Singapore from scratch.
