Brewing Internships

A paid position — overseas and local applicants welcome. Spend a month brewing with us and see a full brewing cycle. Full accommodation and lunches provided, plus a basic allowance of roughly SGD $800. Contracts run month to month. Overseas applicants will need a visa for working entry into Singapore; local applicants who don't need accommodation are not given an adjusted rate.

Full-time Positions

A paid position — local applicants only. Join for the long haul with dedicated training in the art of brewing. Pay starts at SGD $2,500 and rises with brewing and/or management experience; no prior sake-brewing experience needed. You'll train with visiting Japanese breweries, with the chance to train in Japan, and be guided toward eventual brewing independence.

Brewing Deep-Dive

A customer experience — overseas and local guests welcome. Join us for the highlights of brewing: koji making, starting fermentation, and pressing. Each stage is $450, includes a detailed lecture, and ends with dinner at the brewer's residence and your own badge. Complete all three key processes to earn a full certificate.
