Our collaboration with award-winning Chef Angus Chow from Sakaba Igokochi, our Chrysanthemum & Sake is our base Junmai Daiginjo steeped in chrysanthemum flowers and made luscious by natural wild honey from Malaysia.
Much like the classic Yeo’s chrysanthemum drink, expect a bright bouquet mixed in with the natural sourness and sweetness from the honey, all swirled in with the multi-layered fruits and flowers of our Junmai Daiginjo.
All of our sakes are brewed and made in Singapore from scratch.
