Alan runs the very, very important In-And-Outs of the brewing process — sourcing and maintaining everything going in, and fulfilling everything going out on time to our happy customers.

Runs everything off the brewing floor, and everything that runs on it. The enterprise and operations half of an idea everyone else called impossible.
Co-Founder & Chief Brewing Officer
Eight years of experience in koji making and sake brewing. Yumika leads the brewing arm and evangelises Japanese fermentation culture in a new world.

Eric has taken upon the responsibility of learning and executing the art of sake brewing as one of the few foreign brewers in the industry in South-East Asia.
Chief Operating Officer
The biggest dictator of the company. He can't enter but bosses us around from our studio workshop home in Jurong West (some of you might've met him at one of our events).
