Our first collaboration with our friends in Japan is our take on a Hops Sake.
While most existing Hops Sakes in Japan tend to prefer to create a beer-like style, we've opted for more of a hops-nuanced premium sake style - the first of its kind. This was to emphasise on the beautiful taste of the fresh hops we've generously received from Asobi Beer Brewery in North Kyoto, with the hops being grown right in their own hometown backyard.
Classic premium sake notes with small florals, fruits like banana and melon, all backed up by minerality and delicious green notes coming from the fresh hops.

All of our sakes are brewed and made in Singapore from scratch.
Fresh Press: Sake that is freshly pressed and immediately bottled. The taste is brighter and zingier, and lasts up to 6 months unopened. Great for upcoming gatherings, spontaneous moments or even a night in with yourself.
Non-Fresh Press: Sake that is pasteurised after bottling, and requires resting in our commercial chillers for at least 2 months before drinking. The taste is smoother, well-rounded and balanced. It also has a longer shelf life of up to 2 years. Perfect for special moments like birthdays, anniversaries and festivities like Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day.
