Our first collaboration with our friends in Japan is our take on a Hops Sake.
While most existing Hops Sakes in Japan tend to prefer to create a beer-like style, we've opted for more of a hops-nuanced premium sake style - the first of its kind. This was to emphasize on the beautiful taste of the fresh hops we've generously received from Asobi Beer Brewery in North Kyoto, with the hops being grown right in their own hometown backyard.
Classic premium sake notes with small florals, fruits like banana and melon, all backed up by minerality and delicious green notes coming from the fresh hops.
