Formerly known as Hibiscus, Utama Tropic is our bestseller, clinching the Silver Medal Award at the 2025 Tokyo Sake Challenge. Tropic ties together tropical fruits like mango and pineapple with notes of peach, melon, mint, cream, and a soft allure of flowers. The body is light and springy. Pairs with a huge range of food from Italian and French classics to Peranakan soul cooking.
Fresh Press (Nama): Freshly pressed and immediately bottled. The taste is brighter and zingier, and lasts up to 6 months unopened. Great for upcoming gatherings, spontaneous moments or even a night in with yourself.
Pasteurised: Pasteurised after bottling, and rests in our commercial chillers for at least 2 months before drinking. The taste is smoother, well-rounded and balanced, with a longer shelf life of up to 2 years. Perfect for special moments like birthdays, anniversaries and festivities like Lunar New Year and Valentine's Day.
All of our sakes are brewed and made in Singapore from scratch.
