Classic is the Japanese touch in our range. Where Tropic was designed to pair with Singaporean cuisine and its rich, diverse flavours, Classic was crafted to complement delicate Japanese cuisine. It can be enjoyed at any temperature — chilled, at room temperature, or slightly warmed. Crafted to provide comfort and respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and to celebrate special occasions with your loved ones.

Fresh Press (Nama): Freshly pressed and immediately bottled. The taste is brighter and zingier, and lasts up to 6 months unopened. Great for upcoming gatherings, spontaneous moments or even a night in with yourself.

Pasteurised: Pasteurised after bottling, and rests in our commercial chillers for at least 2 months before drinking. The taste is smoother, well-rounded and balanced, with a longer shelf life of up to 2 years. Perfect for special moments like birthdays, anniversaries and festivities like Lunar New Year and Valentine's Day.

All of our sakes are brewed and made in Singapore from scratch.
